Our Aim
The Let’s Talk Time Podcast is to raise awareness around Mental Health Issues. Our aim is to speak with as many people as possible about their personal experiences and journey with mental health. We will be discussing topics and experiences that may be upsetting or distressing to listen to.
Everyone involved in the podcast has agreed to speak about their experiences with the common goal to raise awareness around a variety of issues.
We will be covering subjects like depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, suicide attempts, bipolar, loss, alcohol and drug abuse and many more topics.
The guests will be sharing their stories, including their history with mental health, signs and symptoms, the turning point and how the issues came to the surface, the journey and support they received and their ‘top tips’ for anyone who may find themselves in a similar position.
